Volleyball is a terrific life long sport and RAAA offers options at various levels to ensure kids in Rosemount and surrounding communities develop an appreciation for the game along with providing a solid development program in support of Rosemount High School Volleyball.
The In-House program is for girls and boys in 3rd to 6th grade providing instructional guidance at a beginning to intermediate level in the fundamentals of volleyball. The season runs from September through October.
The Fall JO Program is for girls in grades 4th through 8th that want a more competitive environment. A tryout process is utilize to place girls on appropriate teams. Competition includes teams from other cities and other JO Programs. Tryouts are held in July and the season runs from late August through early November.
The Winter Junior Olympic(JO) Program is directed at girls in grades 5th through 11th that want a competitive and advanced environment. The season runs from December through May with practices twice a week and tournaments 2-3 weekends a month. A tryout process is used for team placement. Teams play other JO Club teams in and around the North Contry Region USAV organization.
